Process of development
A collection of agents defined by the basic parameters of force, velocity, alignment, cohesion, and separation self-organize to form a swarm which avoids the mouse. The agents change color based on their proximity to other agents; additionally, they follow trails which are defined by a gradient of pixel values. A final parameter entitled ‘transparency’ tracks the previous state each agent within the system.
